Ryan is a Senior Project Manager and Professional Research Assistant at the Crown Institute. Ryan has a deep passion for supporting youth and the communities that encourage positive growth and wellbeing. His work as a Research Assistant aims to better understand factors related to thinking and behavior across the lifespan. As a Project Manager, he works to create and maintain systems and processes to support the Crown Institute's values and objectives. Outside of the Crown Institute, Ryan volunteers with CU's Restorative Justice Program as a facilitator and community member to help repair harms, provide education, and strengthen the Boulder community. Ryan received his B.A. in Psychology and a certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and Restorative Justice Facilitation and Leadership from the University of San Diego.
